As of November 1, 2020, there will be pricing policy changes regarding the “merge” feature of ZOHO CRM. The number of “merges” that can be made will depend on the edition to which you are subscribed.
These are the “merges” allowed according to each edition:
- Professional and Enterprise Edition: Can perform 500 merges / month / organization
- Ultimate Edition: They can perform 1000 merges / month / organization
- You can combine more records for $ 0.05 / merge. The minimum number of merges to buy is 500 and the maximum is 4000. If you want more than 4000, you can send your request to email@example.com
- The limit per day is 1000 / merges for ALL editions. This means that if you are a user of the Professional edition and buy 2000 merges, you will be allowed 1000 merges in one day.
What impact will this have on existing customers?
For existing clients, who already use more than 500 merges per month, there will be an extension until December 31, 2020, since they will have to pay
Note: It should be noted that the merge limits apply to the mail merge action and the print preview action (only applicable when using the mail merge template) of the records.
